Participation in the conference (both active and passive) is free of charge. Submissions may be prepared in Polish or English. The main formats of active participation are oral presentations and posters. In addition, we also accept workshop proposals (subject to the conference programme and time availability).

Please submit proposals exclusively via this form.

Depending on the selected participation format, please provide the information listed below.

Oral presentation:

• presentation title,
• extended abstract (maximum 3,300 characters),
• authors’ full names and affiliations,
• reference list in APA style, including only sources cited in the abstract.

Presentation slot: 20 minutes + 10 minutes for Q&A.

Poster:

• poster title,
• abstract (maximum 2,000 characters),
• authors’ full names and affiliations,
• reference list in APA style, including only sources cited in the abstract.

Poster technical requirements:

• A0 format, portrait orientation,
• the poster should be printed by the author,
• the poster (in addition to its content) must include all information provided in the submission and a reference list in APA style.

Workshops:

• workshop title,
• abstract (maximum 2,000 characters),
• workshop outline (e.g., objectives, structure, duration, technical requirements),
• participant limit,
• authors’ full names and affiliations,
• reference list in APA style, including only sources cited in the abstract.

Submission deadline: 13 March 2026.
